Someone called me the day before letting me know they would be out the next day and time. I got a message text about the day's progress and a phone call. They listed what was to be done for the roof and did everything stated. The price for this work was outstanding and half of what I was quoted by an inspector. Had a choice of shingle colors and a 30 year warranty on them. Gave me a 5 year unconditional warranty on the roof work itself.
